Plans for Royal Palms Main Street include 227 rental units, comprising 168 garden-style apartments and 59 townhouses within a gated community at 15275 N. Main St. Apartment floorplans include one- and two-bedroom residences alongside three- and four-bedroom townhouse units.

According to the Jacksonville Business Journal, the development will encompass a total of 10 buildings, five of which currently have permits pending approval. Specifically, buildings two, three, and eight are planned as four-story structures containing 56 units each. Buildings six and 10 will comprise nine units each, while the remaining residences will be distributed among various two-story buildings.

JLL Capital Markets announced that it has arranged $40.2 million in construction financing for Royal Palms Main Street, a 227-unit conventional multifamily and build-to-rent (BTR) community in Jacksonville, Florida.
JLL represented the borrower, an affiliate of Ceiba Groupe, led by Adam Bedzow and Jeremy Bedzow, to secure the loan through Crestline Investors.

First Horizon Bank provided the mortgage to CG Oakland Park LLC, led by Adam Bedzow as managing principal of Fort Lauderdale-based Ceiba Groupe. The loan covers the 6.6-acre site at 1000-1140 N.E. 58th St., which is near Pine Crest School, a highly rated private school.
