Ceiba Groupe’s Jeremy Bedzow Receives Prestigious ULI’s 2017 Young Leader of the Year Award
Ceiba Groupe is pleased to announce that managing principal Jeremy Bedzow has been named the Urban Land Institute’s 2017 Young Leader of the Year. The prestigious recognition celebrates Jeremy’s professional achievements in the real estate industry and his personal and civic contributions to the community at-large.
The Young Leader of the Year recognition is one of three awards granted under the ULI’s Vision Awards program. The Vision Awards recognize individuals and real estate projects from South Florida and the Caribbean that exemplify the mission of ULI and demonstrate a proactive commitment to excellence.
As managing principal at Ceiba Groupe based in Fort Lauderdale, Jeremy leads a diverse and tight-knit team of young professionals who project their vibrancy, drive and passion for the business into the innovative developments that they build and communities that they revitalize.
Currently, Jeremy and his team are developing ID Flagler Village, the only new construction luxury townhouse rental community in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
