Ceiba Groupe Sells ID Flagler Village Townhome Community

ID Flagler Village
Berkadia recently arranged the sale of ID Flagler Village, a 24-unit build-to-rent townhome community developed by Ceiba Groupe in Fort Lauderdale’s vibrant Flagler Village neighborhood.
Located at 113 NE 6th Street, the property offers 1,600-square-foot residences with private garages—an uncommon find in an area dominated by mid- and high-rise apartments. Its prime location provides quick access to I-95, the Brightline station, Las Olas Boulevard, The Galleria, and millions of square feet of nearby office space.
The transaction was led by Berkadia South Florida’s Yoav Yuhjtman, Roberto Pesant, Jaret Turkell, and Omar Morales, representing Ceiba Groupe. The community sold for $14.55 million to Miami-based U.S. Housing Reditus Fund LLC.
“Flagler Village continues to evolve as one of South Florida’s most sought-after markets,” noted Yuhjtman. “The unique townhome format of ID Flagler Village generated strong demand from buyers looking to complement existing assets in the area.”
