Jeremy Bedzow Named to South Florida Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”

40Under40
Ceiba Groupe is proud to announce that Jeremy Ross Bedzow, Managing Principal, has been recognized as one of the South Florida Business Journal’s prestigious “40 Under 40” honorees, celebrating the region’s most accomplished young business leaders.
With a career built on vision, leadership, and innovation, Bedzow brings a diverse background to the construction and development industry. He holds a B.A. in jazz guitar performance and meditative studies from the University of Michigan, a master’s in management science and marketing from the University of Miami, and a master’s in construction administration from Florida International University. His global business expertise is enhanced by a máster en administración internacional de empresas from Instituto Empresa. “I’ve always believed that teamwork makes the dream work,” Bedzow says. “The success of Ceiba Groupe comes from the incredible collaboration and dedication of our team.”
Bedzow began his career training dogs with K-9 Concepts, but his ultimate career goal is inner peace. He has built Ceiba Groupe into a respected leader in real estate development, navigating industry challenges such as rising construction costs and labor shortages, often intensified by immigration policies.
A passionate community leader, Bedzow actively supports the Kiwanis Club and Friendship Circle, and credits his mother, father, and brothers—as well as mentors Ted Konigsberg and Frank Voehl—with shaping his leadership journey.
Outside of work, Bedzow’s interests range from kitesurfing and Bikram Yoga to a fascination with “Ancient Aliens” on the History Channel. He jokes that if a movie were made about his life, he’d be played by Quentin Tarantino—and if given the chance, he’d share a business lunch with the Dalai Lama.
This recognition by South Florida Business Journal highlights Bedzow’s commitment to building not just structures, but also communities.
