ID Flagler Village

Move-in day is finally here!

Ceiba Groupe has completed ID Flagler Village and started leasing from the onsite model unit. Residents can move into one of the luxury townhomes today or tour the model unit designed by Ava Gray Interiors to experience first-hand what it’s like to call ID Flagler Village home.

Located in the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale, ID Flagler Village consists of 24 spacious three-story townhomes next to the artsy FAT Village. The luxury townhomes include a two-car garage, a private patio and exquisite finishes. There are 3 models available, spanning two-bedroom floor plans with a ground storage room and three-bedroom floor plans. The spacious units provide the large space often found in suburban homes but with the excitement of the urban lifestyle.

Tours of the model unit provide the chance to envision yourself in the Flagler Village lifestyle. It’s hard to ignore the incredible attention to detail in not only the architecture and layout of the buildings, but the interior design of our model unit.

Ava Gray Interiors designed and selected furniture that exhibits how to make the most of the spacious units. We sat down with Ava Gray’s Jason Glassman to hear more about the company and how they viewed the project.

How would you describe Ava Gray’s design style?
Crisp & Clean. We design to create a lifestyle feeling that is undeniably pleasant from the moment you walk through the door.

What projects are you most proud of and why?
Each project is individually special, plus our pride in what we do makes every project our new favorite. With that said, we recently completed Dion Waiters new plush pad in Pinecrest which was very cool to be a part of. Let’s go Heat!

Where did you find inspiration for designing the model unit at ID Flagler Village? How did the vibe of the Flagler Village neighborhood influence your design decisions?
These questions run very hand in hand for me. Our design staff walked ID Flagler Village during the construction phase and the vision was clear even then. We go into empty homes every day and we can see what the home will become once furnished and accessorized. The same happened when we drove into this community. There was an energy, almost a buzz, yet no one lived there yet. We left inspired and ready to design.

What are the highlights of the design in the model unit?
We used sharp pops of color to intensify the crisp and clean lifestyle.
