Jeremy Bedzow

Jeremy Bedzow is the founder and Managing Principal of Ceiba Groupe, a real estate development firm he established in 2012. With a strategic vision rooted in community-building and innovation, Jeremy leads the firm’s overall direction, overseeing every aspect of Ceiba’s operations—from sourcing and underwriting acquisitions to design, construction, sales, and long-term asset management.

Before launching Ceiba Groupe, Jeremy built a global career that spanned the tech and finance sectors. At Microsoft, he managed government projects across the Middle East and North Africa, leading an international team from Madrid. He later joined LGT Private Bank in Liechtenstein, where he helped expand their venture capital initiatives into Latin America, overseeing investments in 15 countries from Bogotá, Colombia.

Jeremy’s diverse academic background mirrors his multidisciplinary career. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Guitar Performance from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in Construction Management from Florida International University, a Master’s in Management Science from the University of Miami, and a Master’s in International Business from IE Business School in Madrid.Jeremy is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, underscoring his expertise in process optimization and strategic execution.”
