We are excited to announce we just poured the foundation of our development in the up-and-coming Flagler Village north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Named ID Flagler Village , our luxury rental development provides an innovative design where each of the 24 three-story townhomes will have a private two-car garage and a patio. Ceiba Groupe, which began construction in January, will complete construction early next year. Pre-leasing will commence later this year.
