ID Flagler Village is Taking Shape

We are excited to announce we just poured the foundation of our development in the up-and-coming Flagler Village north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Named ID Flagler Village , our luxury rental development provides an innovative design where each of the 24 three-story townhomes will have a private two-car garage and a patio. Each unit will offer about 2,000 square feet of living space and provide the space often found in spacious suburban homes. Our company, Fort Lauderdale-based Ceiba Groupe, thrives bringing cutting-edge concepts to areas near job centers.

Ceiba Groupe, which began construction in January, will complete construction early next year. Pre-leasing will commence later this year. We are fortunate to have an amazing team working diligently to move as quickly as expected. Miller Construction is the general contractor for ID Flagler, which was designed by Adache Group Architects , one of the world’s leading design consultants for the hospitality, leisure, and multifamily housing industries.
