Eric Brehm

Eric Brehm has 35 years of Commercial Construction experience with direct responsibility for Design development, budgeting, permitting, planning, and the quality execution of the work. While Eric has experience in multiple asset classes, his primary focus and passion is in Multi Family development. Eric has experience managing regional offices, in the Executive position, for nationally recognized Developers and Contractors.

Earlier in his career, Eric was also engaged in the Hospitality sector, with the construction of over 20,000 units in 7 geographical regions. In the Multi Family market, Eric has successfully executed over 5,000 units ranging from Urban High Rise, Mid-Rise high density Podium projects, as well as suburban Garden style properties throughout the state of Florida.

Eric professional accomplishments include multiple ABC Eagle awards, Industry Certifications, Leadership decathlons, Construction Management degree and a Licensed Florida General Contractor.

On a personal level, Eric is passionate about anything that gets him outdoors, when not working he may be found off road on his motorcycle, paddle boarding or simply walking his puppy.
